Appearance: The kagune will change to a green color if it was not already so. The quinque will display some green somewhere on it.
What it is / How it works:
Upon drawing blood or making contact with blood somehow, the kagune/quinque will
poison the target and drain AP for 3 turns at the level of kagune's/qunique's highest rank numerically.
[Ex: highest rank = 15 [A+] . So an AP drain of 15 for 3 turns.]
This poison cannot stack.
Grants access to other poison-required techs.
